Cathy White is the CEO of The Lash Co. Group that offers lash supply products and lash education. She joined the beauty industry in 2019 after leaving a multi-million dollar company in the automotive industry for 15 years. She was told that it was just a phase and that she was “dreaming too big” when she told her bosses she was leaving to pursue a career in the esthetic field. She learned the ins and outs of building her own brand. 3 years later, she owns multiple lash supply stores in Southern California where artists can shop and learn in-store, multiple salons that other estheticians call their home, a lash academy with over 600 in-person students and her latest venture – Sugar and Spice Café. She offers support and advice while encouraging artists who dream of becoming successful independent artists to bet on themselves, just like she did.
