Daryl is the Director of Coaching at Strategies, where he is tasked with developing and training Certified Strategies Coaches to help clients reach their business goals. With a background in leadership, cash-flow planning, and systems, Daryl is a vital asset to the team, bringing his expertise and dynamic presentation style to the table. Daryl’s experience as a successful and internationally recognized salon owner has given him a deep passion for empowering business owners to reach their full potential.

Since joining Strategies in 2002, Daryl has dedicated himself to sharing his knowledge and helping others grow. As a coach, presenter, educator, and trainer, Daryl enjoys supporting clients and colleagues alike. Daryl is committed to teaching his clients the value of hard work and takes great pride in helping them achieve success. He is proud to say that many of his clients have won prestigious industry awards, such as from Salon Today, as well as Team-Based Awards from Strategies.

When he’s not working, Daryl is an avid motorcycle rider and musician, often seen playing his guitar or honing his pool skills.
