His expertise spans consulting, product development, and go-to-market strategies, giving him a well-rounded perspective on enterprise and consumer markets.

Beyond the tech industry, Andy has successfully built and scaled businesses. He co-founded and operated one of Sydney's most recognized eyelash beauty salons, expanding it from a single location to four across the city. His hands-on approach to streamlining operations, refining services, and implementing digital marketing strategies helped establish the salon as a well-known brand in the beauty industry.

Now, alongside his wife and business partner, Kiki, Andrew leads Lash Plus, overseeing international operations with a focus on Global markets. He leverages his technology, e-commerce, and automation expertise to optimize logistics, enhance customer engagement, and drive brand growth.

Originally from the UK, Andy relocated to Australia 15 years ago and continues to explore new business opportunities. He combines his experience in technology and consumer-driven industries to develop innovative solutions.
