Frequently Asked Questions

  • Is there a payment plan available?

    Yes, there is. We have a 3-month payment plan.  When you go to pay for your ticket look for the Partially payment button, you can choose to pay 20% now and make four payments over four months.

  • Where is the schedule and what classes are being offered?

    Please go to the links just above the "Speakers and Panelists" second and you'll see two links. One will show the schedule for the weekend and the other will break down all the talks that will be offered. 

  • Can I attend the conference in person?

    Yes you can!  


    We are only selling in-person ticket sales now and will sell a replay of the con that you can watch online after it's over.

  • How do I view the conference online?

    We are not streaming this year but we are offering a replay about 21 days after LASHCON is over.


    You can view the conference on your computer

    You can download our LASHCON App on you phone or tablet.  

  • Can I listen to the speakers later?

    Yes, that's the beauty of it.


    All the presentations will be available for 60 days on the app after the con is over. 


    It usually takes us 21 days to get all the videos up online after the con is over. 


    Note: Due to contract restrictions, some speakers may not be available.  

  • Do I need to be a licensed beauty professional to attend or certified in lashes?

    No, you do not. Business owners, managers, lash or anyone working in the industry can come. This is a business conference so we will not have any lash training sessions except for some bonus trainings offered on Saturday morning which cost extra. 

  • What COVID safety protocols will you have in place?

    We will be following the CDC guidelines as well as the county and city health boards. These protocols can change so we will not post any specific protocols but will make sure all attendees are aware of them before the con starts. 

  • When will the app be available?

    We plan to have the app online about 2 weeks before the conference. 

  • Will I be able to interact with the sponsors?

    Yes!  We will have 70 plus booths at the con where you can try and buy products.


    If you attend online, you can visit our virtual sponsor booths, where you can find deals and videos on products. 

  • How will the con replay work?

    When LASHCON is over, we'll post the videos on our app. It should take 21 days. All you'll need to do it go to the agenda on the app and you'll see all the videos listed there. 

  • What does the event schedule and agenda look like?

    Please go to the "classes" and "schedule" sections in the menu above.

  • Are we serving breakfast, lunch and dinner?

    We will be providing coffee, tea and some light snacks on Sunday and Monday.


    We will not be providing lunch or dinner as there will be over 1000 people at the event and there is no way we can accommodate that many people for those meals. 


    There is a restaurant in the hotel and there is a food court too. There are quite a few restaurants near the hotel that are about 10 a minute walk away. 

  • Do I need to be vaccinated to attend?

    At this time no...but if the CDC or county or city health boards require us to, we will adjust our policy.

  • Refund Policy

    At LASHCON, we understand that plans can change, and we aim to be as accommodating as possible for our valued attendees. Here's our refund policy for your reference:


    Full Refund (100%):

    Attendees can request a full refund if they cancel their attendance 120 days or more prior to the start date of LASHCON (June 13, 2024 is the  lash day to get a full refund).


    Partial Refund (50%):

    Attendees can obtain a 50% refund if they cancel between 90-119 days prior to the event's commencement (July 13, 2024 is the last day to get a 50% refund). 


    No Refund:

    Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations made within 90 days or fewer leading up to the event. Your ticket will be downgraded to a "replay ticket" where you can watch all the speakers on our app about 21 days after the con is over.


    Ticket Transfers:

    If an attendee can't make it, they have the option to sell or transfer their ticket to another prospective attendee. We request both parties to inform us of this change, ensuring a smooth transfer process and updating of event records.
